How to use
Massage
Arnica Infused Oil can be used on its own as a base for massage or you can combine it with another carrier oil and your favourite essential oils for a soothing massage oil blend. Sunflower Oil has a medium skin penetration rate, so it is ideal for use in massage as it stays on the skin the ideal amount of time to perform the massage without leaving it greasy. We love Ginger #118 and Sweet Orange #105 for a warming muscle rub.
Skincare
Arnica Infused can be used as a gentle make up remover. Simply apply to a cotton wool pad and sweep across your face and neck to remove dirt and make up.
Beauty Hack
Can be used in your homemade formulations, such as creams, lotions, balms, serums, body oils, ointments etc.
Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
